Recipe : Watermelon, Mozarella & Pastrami Skewers

Servings: 10 canapés
100g oven roasted turkey or 400g San Danielle Prosciutto from Hudson Meats
½ watermelon
300g mozzarella sliced
½ cup fresh basil
Balsamic vinegar from Hudson Meats to drizzle (optional)


  1. Use a melon baller or a round 1tbsp measuring spoon to scoop out 10 watermelon balls. Alternatively cut small cubes of watermelon (1 inch each)
  2. Layer basil, watermelon, mozzarella and pastrami/prosciutto in each skewer.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar


Note:  this image has pastrami on the skewer.
