- Use a melon baller or a round 1tbsp measuring spoon to scoop out 10 watermelon balls. Alternatively cut small cubes of watermelon (1 inch each)
- Layer basil, watermelon, mozzarella and pastrami/prosciutto in each skewer.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
