Servings: 10 canapés
Ingredients
200g oven roasted turkey or 400g double smoked ham from Hudson Meats
10 water crackers or crostini
1/4 cup goat cheese from Hudson Meats
2-3 chives cut into 1 inch pieces
Black pepper to taste
Method
- Crumble goat cheese in a bowl.
- Slightly goat cheese on cracker.
- Shred turkey/ham or fold and place on top of cracker.
- Top each wafer with shaved pear
- Sprinkle black pepper
