Recipe : Oven Roasted Turkey, Pear and Goats Cheese on Crostini

Servings: 10 canapés

200g oven roasted turkey or 400g double smoked ham from Hudson Meats
10 water crackers or crostini
1/4 cup goat cheese from Hudson Meats
2-3 chives cut into 1 inch pieces
Black pepper to taste


  1.   Crumble goat cheese in a bowl.
  2.   Slightly goat cheese on cracker.  
  3.   Shred turkey/ham or fold and place on top of cracker.
  4.   Top each wafer with shaved pear
  5.   Sprinkle black pepper
