Ingredients
100g breasola from Hudson Meats
30 pieces of crostini or thinly sliced toasted baguette
1/4 cup horseradish cream from Hudson Meats
1 orange (thinly sliced and cut into ½ inch pieces
2-3 chives cut into 1 inch pieces
Method
- Slightly spread horseradish cream on crostini.
- Fold bresaola into 4 and place on top of crostini.
- Top each crostini with a piece of orange and chives
