Recipe : Chocolate Brownie with Caramel Sauce

Serves 6
1 x Phillippas Chocolate Brownie
1 x Jar of Caramel Sauce
1 x tub of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (optional)
  1. Pre-heat over to 120C.
  2. Place chocolate brownie in oven for 15 minutes to warm through.
  3. Remove the chocolate brownie from the oven and cut into the desired number of pieces.
  4. Spoon over caramel sauce.

Serve with vanilla bean ice cream.
