Baked spicy sticky wings served with feta dip

Servings: 2-3
 Ingredients
12 wings from Hudson Meats
3/4 cup maple syrup
½ cup tomato sauce
5 cloves minced garlic
3 tsp smoked paprika
3 tsp ground cayenne
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried basil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
Feta Dip
200g feta from Hudson Meats
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup olive oil + 2 tbsp for serving
3 garlic cloves
Dill for garnish

Method

  1. Pat dry chicken wings and transfer to a deep bowl. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and pour oven chicken wings. Toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C. Line a tray with baking paper. Transfer chicken wings to baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes flipping the chicken over halfway.
  3. Add feta, yoghurt, ¼ cup olive oil and garlic to a food processor. Blitz until creamy. Transfer to a dip bowl and garnish with 2 tbsp olive oil and fresh dill.
  4. Serve spicy chicken wings with feta
