Thai Chicken Burger

The Thai Chicken Burger is made using fresh Thai herbs and spices.  Each  burger weighs approximately 150g.

Cooking Tip :  Ensure that the chicken burger is at room temperature before cooking. Sear the chicken burger for 4 minutes on each side in a  hot frying pan.  Then place the frying pan into a moderate oven for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes, turn the oven off, pull the oven door ajar and allow the chicken burger to rest inside the oven for 5-10 minutes.
