Montanari e Gruzza is a company from Emilia Romagna, founded in 1950 between the towns of Parma and Reggio Emilia and from the start, they have been producing the most famous Italian cheese in the world: Parmigiano Reggiano.
The company truly believes in sustainability and in respecting the environment, pastures and all the elements that are part of the production process. The company is still producing butter from the cream that naturally rises to the surface of the milk, and used afterwards to make the Parmigiano Reggiano.
