Pancetta | Round

Pancetta round is rolled and is a well-known and loved Italian cured meat unsmoked and made of pork belly.

Round pancetta is great for frying off to make crispy and tossing through a salad or atop a pasta dish.

Mild to the palette it’s made from pork, salt, red wine, garlic, spices.

Round pancetta is sliced at 0.5cm thickness and is approximately 2 slices at this thickness for 100 grams.
