Lillie’s Q E.N.C. Barbecue Sauce
This Carolina-inspired, traditional vinegar sauce is Grandma Lillie’s boldest creation. A blend of cayenne, red and black pepper bring the heat, while hints of brown sugar and apple cider make E.N.C. just a touch sweet.

Uses
Adds a sweetness to your favourite pulled pork, or try it on a shoulder of lamb.

Ingredients
Apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire (distilled vinegar, molasses, water, salt, garlic powder, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavour), cayenne, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, mustard, natural spices, and xanthum gum
