Goose | U-Goose

U-Goose Geese are raised in Middle Tarwin, Victoria.

Grown to 16 weeks they dress to approximately 3.6 to 4kg and are wonderful roasted, smoked, made into confit, rillettes, terrines or sausages.

Most geese are harvested in Australia from August through to October.  The U-Goose geese arrive to us frozen.  We are able to either provide a frozen goose to you or we can begin the defrosting process and provide a defrosted goose.  Please choose the option that you would prefer below.
