Chicken Kiev is a chicken breast that has been rolled with a garlic butter, then coated with flour, eggs, and then rolled in a parmesan herb crust.
Each chicken kiev weighs approximately 300 grams and need to be ordered individually.
Cooking Tip : Take your chicken kiev out of the fridge approximately 10 minutes before cooking, as this will allow the chicken kiev to cook evenly through.. Sear the Chicken Kiev for 4 minutes on each side in a hot frying pan, breast side down first. Then place the frying pan into a moderate oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the oven off, pull the oven door ajar and allow the Chicken Kiev to rest inside the oven for 5 minutes.
