Chicken Breast
Each free-range skinless breast weighs approximately 250g.
Cooking Tip : Take your chicken breast out of the fridge approximately 10 minutes before cooking as this will allow the chicken breast to cook evenly through. Sear the chicken breast for 4 minutes in a hot frying pan, breast side down first, then place the frying pan into a moderate oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn the oven off, pull the oven door ajar and allow the chicken breast to rest inside the oven for 5 minutes.
