Beef Mince | Grass-fed Beef

We mince the pasture-raised grass-fed lean beef to order.

As the beef mince is preservative-free, the mince only has a shelf life of 24 hours after leaving the store.  You are able to freeze the mince for up to 3 months.

Cooking Tip : If cooking a ragu, brown the mince in a frying pan first to enhance the flavour.
