Chorizo Air Dried - Semi Cured

Dried chorizo is an intensely seasoned, hard Spanish pork sausage. It's flavored with smoked paprika, garlic, and salt and comes in sweet and spicy varieties. The flavors in this sausage tend to be really intense

Semi-cured chorizo varieties, need to be cooked prior to eating.  Fry in a hot, dry pan or on the BBQ until the chorizo is cooked through and the fat has rendered out.

Each chorizo weighs approximately 100 grams.
