Chicken Maryland is the ideal cut for roasting and slow braising on the bone.

Each chicken maryland weighs approximately 230 grams and need to be ordered individually.

Cooking Tip :   Take your chicken maryland out of the fridge approximately 10 minutes before cooking, as this will allow the chicken maryland to cook evenly through.. Sear the Chicken Maryland for 4 minutes on each side in a hot frying pan, flat side down first, then place the frying pan into a oven at 160 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.  Once cooked, turn the oven off, pull the oven door ajar and allow the Chicken Maryland to rest inside the oven for 5-10 minutes.
