Peter Watson was born into a family where the rhythm of the seasons dictated the cycle of life - making jam, bottling sauce, preserving fruits and vegetables in season. It continues to this day.

Peter's Puttanesca is an Italian sauce originally designed for 'working' ladies for a quick meal.

The ingredients are strongly flavoured... anchovy, garlic and black olives, in the end the sauce is delicious with pasta or even used with risotto rice.
