Bolero Smoked Pimento, as it is known in Spain is made from the dried, ground pods of Capsicum anum grown in Extremadura.

Serving suggestion - Perfect paella starts with feisty paprika. Fry vegetable and chorizo in paprika and olive oil before adding rice and stock. Seafood, poutly and even game meats make the perfect dish.
