Food by Fiat - Red Curry Paste

Food by Fiat's aromatic red curry paste contributes a milder but richer and more complex character to curries.

This is achieved by carefully combining a special selection of ingredients, comprising of a unique type of dried chilli for the glossy red sheen, fresh kaffir lime fruit for its citrus lift and our very own hand-processed spice blend for the additional depth.

It can also be used for both steamed and saucy curries as well as stir-fries.  Ideal for red meats, duck, chicken, scallops and white fish.
