Rump Steak

Rump steak is the perfect cut for the BBQ.

Each rump steak which is grass-fed and pasture-raised is sourced from south-eastern Australia.  Each steak is sliced to order and weighs approximately 250 grams.

Cooking Tip : Make sure that the rump steak is at room temperature before cooking.  Brush the steak lightly with olive oil and season with salt. Place onto a hot pan or BBQ, for 5 minutes on one side and then turn over and cook for a further 5 minutes on the second side - turning once only.  Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
