Third generation cheese maker Matthieu Megard uses organic milk to make his fine range of cheeses.
Longing for the traditional cheeses of the French Alps where he grew up, Matthieu set out to make cheeses that reflected the local Victorian terrain whilst capturing the essence of some of France’s most loved cheeses.
The result is a range of handmade, organic cheeses – all rich and full of flavour. The use of cow’s milk in their Haloumi produces a rich, milky flavour and oozing texture when grilled.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon for a snack or on top of salad for a more substantial meal.
