It’s part of the family and the Vergani family, which for four generations has proudly renewed a tradition that is always contemporary.

Without rushing, like a ritual, Vergani refreshes the same natural sourdough starter from great-grandfather Angelo three times a day, and it always takes three days to produce a Vergani Panettone, slowly, respecting the timing of the recipe and its ingredients.

It is an industrial production, the only one left in Milan, with an artisanal culture. Tradition but also innovation: new recipes stand alongside the original one to always keep alive the wonder of opening a box of Vergani Panettone and filling the room with the festive atmosphere of its aroma.

The classic dessert of Milan is enriched with the combination of chocolate and pistachio in this special line dedicated to the colors and aromas of the sun.
